SAN is incorrectly showing for me

My account information is again not showing correctly. Now I have to wonder is this a HughesNet issue or Get Satisfaction.

Nope, just hidden it seems...  Not sure they know how to fix it sadly at this rate 😞

It all boils down to code, even Ricky's issue, I can't believe it isn't fixable. Something like this does make me lose confidence in their capabilites.

This issue actually seems to boil down to some kinda database issue...  I am wondering if you and Ricky both started out on Hughes with older gear....  HN6000? HN7000?

Old gear? I thought many of us here started with "old gear". But yes, I sarted with 7000 then got upgrade to 7000s. No idea how that is a factor but if you say so then.........

Now I'm a bit PO'd honestly. Going to go outside and rake leaves for awhile.

Well if you think about it, Hughes has built systems on top of systems, and if you started out earlier on than lets say... Me?  Then there may be an issue with older entries in any databases they may use for customer account information.  Heck, we may even be on seperate databases entirely and anyone on your database may have this particular issue...  I just can't fathom why it pulls my information up in a query just fine and yours not unless it's some kind of database issue/corruption.

I started with a 6000. When trying to view my account on the main community nothing shows up.

Someone needs to check out and see where this information is pulling from and individually verify it's pulling properly for older customers, I started on HN9000 in 2012ish.

Mine comes up OK in both places and I was Deepa for a while.

I guess we have Barb to push around again.

On a somewhat happier note I am pleased to report that my Beer Refridge is running OK. I thought last night it may be having an issue but I removed some of the FOOD the Wife had put in there and it may have been blocking air flow.

All is well, the Beer is cold.

Carry on.

I started out on a DW6000, then HN7000s then to HT1100

I had deepa for bit then fixed.

Well raking some leaves helped. I'm getting in the same mindset as Ricky, this is ridiculous. Data bases can be manipluted in all kinds of ways with the right code and plug-ins. For Barbara to still be tied to my account is not really funny anymore. Guess I should resign myself to all my history being lost if I ever want to truly be rid of her.
